He's Soooo Cute!!!!

Everyone always talks about the "terrible twos" but their is something even more challenging as a momma in raising little ones . . . the "horrible threes". Three at our house has proven to be the hardest of the little years, and Jacob is proving to be no different. . .amidst the moments when I want to & do scream and the moments when I wonder where the joy in motherhood is to be found I get to stare into the big brown eyes of this adorable smiling little boy!
 

Heavenly Father knew what he was doing when he created this little boy to be sooooo stinkin' cute!!!


 And I feel blessed to get to spend each day, amidst the chaos, with this cutie patootie!!

He is so darn cute. I have been told, God made all babies, even baby animals so cute and adorable, or their parents would never put up with their demands and care for them.

  Grateful for milestones that bring family together...Last Saturday my brothers and I gathered to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday!!! After 80 years on earth my Dad's body continues to be strong (mostly) while his memory continues to fade. For a man who is a planner and organizer he struggles to live in the moment and be content...I guess when you don't have current memories to reflect on, you dream and imagine your future. Inspite of his current reality we enjoyed a few hours celebrating together, laughing, sharing and watching him relive his glory days with near clarity. Watching him watch himself play football and talk and share about the players and the plays brought out part of my Dad that has been hidden for years!

  There are moments in life when you realize just how blessed you are... celebrating my mom's 80th birthday recently was one of those moments!! Over the years we have moved away from one another, haven't always stayed in close contact with everyone but being together I felt the love that comes from being family! To my mom family is everything and it is her love for us individually that radiates and unites those around her! My mom is a little energizer bunny sharing, serving, living, loving, experiencing, adventureing and enjoying every moment of every day! She definitely is not 80 years old but 80 years loved!!! And on her way to many more!! From three awesome Andruski kids... ...to this beautiful bunch... ... combined 17 years ago with the Browns makes for a wonderful group of great people to love one special lady!
