The Pink Princess is 8!
When we were choosing names for our kiddos, we rarely gave much thought to the meaning of their names. Despite the lack of thought put into the meaning on the name there is a little girl at our house who couldn't fit the meaning of her name more perfectly . . .
For 8 years now, she has filled our home with energy, laughs, mischief, sweet love notes & lots of sparkles & pink.
But most recently she filled our home with joy as she chose to be baptized.
Sarah could hardly contain her excitement for this opportunity to make this important covenant with her Heavenly Father.
Despite what her spunky personality shows us, I know that she has a desire to follow the Savior & to keep His commandments. I am very proud of the efforts she makes to be obedient (it can be hard for a little girl with a lot of energy & a lot of personality). I know that she will do wonderful things with the many talents that she has been blessed with. I can't wait to see where her path in life take her.
Sarah! . . .Her name means princess.
She is a feminine as any princess I could imagine.
Confident to never be afraid to let her true self shine!
Even if that means she is a little silly,
or seizing the moment to do as her heart desires.
Oh, and did I mention that our little princess LOVES pink!!!
