Eggs, Eggs & More Eggs

There is one thing that my kiddos love about Easter . . .the eggs!

 

They love covering the table with newspaper, filling small cups with egg dye & sitting down at the table to create a dozen miniature masterpieces.

Sometimes a dozen is not enough so they enjoy coloring & recoloring & recoloring until their dozen resemble dinosaur eggs.

I have a couple of kiddos who only enjoy eating hard boiled eggs at this time each year.

 

By the time we are done we have more eggs than I know what to do with.

 

We usually share our art work with the neighbors but this year we had a guest who joined us and she was happy to some eggs off our hands.

The only thing more fun than coloring eggs is hunting for plastic ones that are filled with yummy treats!

 

Each eggs is like a new surprise just waiting to hatch!
