Christmas Traditions: Part 4
Six years ago while we were spending Christmas at Paul's parents, his Mom took a picture Christmas Eve of the kids with their stockings before they headed off to bed. I loved the idea of that picture and decided that each year before the kiddos settled down for the night we would snap a picture of them with their stockings.
Each year since then, the what should be a very simple photo opt is full of theatrics as we attempt to get just one picture with each of the kids looking at the camera with a smile on their faces.

For every picture you see here, there are 3 or more outtakes. I have often wondered if this picture, this "tradition" is worth it? But after seeing all of these pictures in one place, I've decided it is worth it! Such a treasure to see how the kids have grown . . . and after all it is fun to have pictures that let personalities shine through.

I think the noise I made when I saw that startled my nephew.
The kids are all so adorable!
