My New Hat

How could anyone not love this face?

OK, well this isn't about Sarah's cute face, but about her pretty new hat.

Everyday when we go to the mailbox Sarah asks if there is something in it for her . . .with her name on it?  99% of the time there is not but I appease her wishes by giving her some junk mail.  So when my sister-in-law Kasey told me that she was sending Sarah a package with her name on it I knew it was going to be a good mail day, and it was.  Sarah was in excited disbelief that she would get a package with just her name on it.  When we got home and I opened it for her she was even more excited to get a cute owl beanie.  She immediately put it on and wore it the rest of the day, even though it was 90+ degrees outside.  She has worn it most days since; to the school, to the grocery store, to neighbors, etc.  Everyone comments how cute the hat is and so Sarah wears it even more.  I hope she doesn't wear it out by winter.
