What's Missing?

Can you guess what is missing in this picture?

About a week ago we had a really big thunderstorm come through. It was in the middle of the night so it was hard to tell just how strong the winds were or how hard it was raining. Whenever we have storms I always worry where the wind is going to blow the trampoline. I sent Paul out in the middle of the night after the storm passed to see if it was still in our yard. Nope! After searching for a flashlight strong enough to light up the yard, he reported it was in the neighbors yard and had knocked over one of their trees. Yikes!

We aren't real sure how it got there, it must have been airborne to have gotten over our row of trees without knocking any of them over. There were legs and springs littered from our yard to the theirs. The trampoline was so damaged that the frame had to be taken to trampoline heaven (the scrap metal recycle center).

Our backyard is a little lonely without the trampoline. The kids definitely miss having it to jump on. I wish the storm came during the day so we could have seen the trampoline acrobatics. But we are thankful it was only a trampoline and a tree and not something more valuable like a home or a person that was damaged in the storm.
