Back to School
Our lazy, slow mornings of summer ended today. It was the first day back to school for Elizabeth and Rachel.
One of the quirks of living in a small town is the kids from all over the county come into town to go to school which makes for some very non-traditional arrangements for schools. This year Elizabeth is in second grade at Bell Elementary,
and Rachel is in Kindergarten at Walker Elementary.
What this all means is I have to figure out the "Mommy bus" route because I have a Kindergartner and a second grader at different schools. They were each dropped off at school a little nervous to be in a new class, have a new teacher and be at a new school, but despite this they each had a great day and want to go back tomorrow. The house was very quiet with them at school. I missed them but it was nice to be able to spend more time with John and Sarah.
