Meet Clifford & Old McDonald

Today at preschool it was nursery rhyme / character dress up day. I kept trying to think of something that the kids could be together like Jack & Jill (but what do they wear, would anyone know who they were?), or the Very Hungry Caterpillar & the Beautiful Butterfly (but I figured John would just pull all of his green caterpillar legs off). I finally came up with John's costume as we were driving to school one day and he asked to listen to the "McDonald Song". And when Rachel said she wanted to be Clifford I said, "Great!" We already had the costume from when Elizabeth was in preschool.

Look, she even has a tail! We had to tuck in the shirt so you could see it. I couldn't get John to stand still long enough to take a picture of his back side, he looked so cute with a little checkered handkerchief hanging our of his back pocket.
