Paul's new toy

March Madness is well under way at our house. No we aren't playing basketball, we are busy with birthdays and an anniversary. We also received our new couch (see earlier post) and Paul got a new toy. It arrived yesterday and he quickly put it together and had to try it out. It is his very own in home physical therapist, or at least that is how we have justified it. A brand new Elliptical machine is now part of our bedroom furniture.


Paul was being camera shy but Elizabeth was happy to try things out. John on the other hand is scared of the Elliptical. This morning he comes bouncing into our bedroom until he sees the Elliptical. He stopped dead in his tracks and sheepishly walked backwards out the door.

Paul has great ambitions to use this machine to help his knee get back into shape so that someday he can play basketball again, and kneel on the ground with both knees again. And with the Elliptical two feet from his pillow perhaps this goal can be accomplished.
